Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, manage, and coordinate comprehensive 3D BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Conduct regular clash detection analysis and work closely with design teams to resolve spatial conflicts pre-construction.
- Maintain and update project BIM execution plans (BEP) to ensure adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
- Support project managers and site engineers by generating accurate construction documentation, layouts, and shop drawings.
- Monitor model quality control, ensuring data integrity and compliance with LOD (Level of Development) specifications.
- Participate in coordination meetings to facilitate communication between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and training on BIM software to team members as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or Modeler within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s BCA BIM submission requirements and standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and spatial visualization skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines efficiently.
