Join HPC Builders Pte. Ltd. as a BIM Coordinator and drive digital transformation in Singapore's construction industry. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage Building Information Modeling processes across our prestigious projects in the Central Region. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll ensure seamless coordination between architects, engineers, and contractors while maintaining compliance with BIM standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams using Revit and Navisworks
- Perform clash detection and resolution to prevent construction conflicts
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and model standards
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate model submissions with stakeholders
- Train team members on BIM best practices and software tools
- Ensure compliance with Singapore BIM guidelines and project specifications
- Manage model version control and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience in Singapore
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Certification in BIM Management or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and construction processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
