- Coordinate BIM models across MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks/Autodesk tools
- Develop and maintain project-specific BIM execution plans
- Generate construction documentation from coordinated models
- Train team members on BIM standards and software proficiency
- Manage model version control and data integrity
- Liaise with contractors to resolve field coordination issues
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 3+ years of BIM coordination experience in Singapore projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Certification in BIM Management or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with Singapore BCSC and BCA standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
