Tanggung Jawab
- Lead BIM coordination across project phases from design to construction
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans and standards
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks/Revit
- Maintain BIM model libraries and coordinate with discipline leads
- Train team members on BIM tools and best practices
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Generate progress reports and coordinate with stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and LOD requirements
- Certification in BIM management or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with multidisciplinary project coordination
