Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (Architectural, Structural, MEP) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to minimize design conflicts and reduce rework.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) and standards in accordance with industry best practices.
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, sections, and details derived from the 3D BIM model.
- Liaise effectively with project managers, engineers, and external consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular BIM model reviews and progress checks with the project team.
- Assist in the training and guidance of junior staff regarding BIM software and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in the construction or architecture industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong understanding of BIM protocols, ISO 19650, and relevant local construction standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Relevant BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are highly preferred.
