Are you a detail-oriented BIM professional looking to make your mark on major infrastructure developments in Singapore? We are partnering with a top-tier A1 Main Contractor to recruit a dedicated BIM Coordinator (Architectural). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects, ensuring the highest standards of architectural digital modeling and project coordination.
As the BIM Coordinator, you will serve as the primary bridge between the design office and the site construction teams. You will be responsible for managing architectural BIM models, conducting clash detection, and ensuring seamless data integration throughout the project lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, coordinate, and maintain architectural BIM models throughout the project development lifecycle.
- Perform regular clash detection and resolution to ensure structural and M&E alignment.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure all BIM submissions comply with LTA standards and regulatory requirements.
- Extract and update construction drawings (Shop Drawings) directly from the BIM models.
- Monitor site progress and update the as-built model to reflect site construction conditions.
- Support the project team in digital engineering and data management tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Preferably possess a Specialist Diploma in BIM or DDM Tier 2 certification.
- Proven experience working with A1 Main Contractors in Singapore is highly advantageous.
- Strong technical proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
- Deep understanding of LTA project standards and construction workflows.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with diverse project teams.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
