We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to oversee architectural and structural modeling projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate BIM modeling activities for both architectural and structural projects.
- Conduct regular model reviews to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to identify and resolve design clashes.
- Generate and maintain accurate BIM deliverables, including drawings, schedules, and coordination reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans (BEP) and protocols.
- Train junior team members on BIM software tools and best practices.
- Monitor project milestones to ensure BIM deliverables are submitted on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in BIM coordination or architectural drafting.
- Proficient in Revit (Architectural and Structural) and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM protocols, ISO 19650 standards, and IFC workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent certification is a plus.
