Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate BIM models across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Perform clash detection and resolution to ensure design integrity
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and standards
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM workflows
- Prepare BIM deliverables including coordination reports and 4D simulations
- Train stakeholders on BIM processes and software utilization
- Ensure compliance with Singapore BIM standards (e.g., BCA guidelines)
Kualifikasi
- Preferably possess Specialist Diploma in BIM or DDM Tier 2
- Minimum 2 years of BIM coordination experience in construction
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction processes
- Certification in BIM management or related field is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and standards
