Sunway Construction is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator (M&E) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring seamless integration and clash detection across multidisciplinary project teams. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate BIM models for M&E disciplines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Conduct clash detection analysis using software like Navisworks and resolve identified issues in collaboration with team members.
- Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) for effective information exchange.
- Support multidisciplinary coordination meetings with visualizations and BIM data.
- Develop and enforce BIM execution plans and protocols for the project.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of M&E families and templates.
- Ensure BIM models are updated through all project phases from design to construction.
- Provide training and support to project team members on BIM processes and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in construction projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and construction methods.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Professional) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards is advantageous.
