Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate BIM model development and maintenance across project lifecycle
- Implement clash detection protocols and resolution workflows
- Ensure compliance with IDD standards and project-specific requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate 3D models
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and documentation
- Train stakeholders on BIM best practices and software tools
- Monitor project progress and report on BIM deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of BIM coordination experience in construction
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
- Strong understanding of IDD and ISO 19650 standards
- Certification in BIM management (preferred)
- Experience with Maincon systems or similar construction software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
