Join WSP Consultancy Pte Ltd as a BIM Coordinator (MEP) and drive excellence in Building Information Modeling for MEP systems. In this pivotal role, you'll lead BIM standardization across projects, ensuring seamless model management and coordination between design teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead BIM coordination and standardization for MEP projects
- Assist BIM Manager in model management and version control
- Coordinate design matters between stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors)
- Resolve model clashes and ensure compliance with BIM standards
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and documentation
- Facilitate clash detection and resolution workflows
- Train team members on BIM processes and software
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' BIM coordination experience in MEP projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
- Strong understanding of MEP systems coordination principles
- Certification in BIM management or related discipline preferred
- Experience with clash detection and resolution workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
