Are you an expert in BIM coordination with a passion for high-tech infrastructure? PT Accesstech Super Jaya is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator MEP to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Pusat. You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex data center projects, ensuring seamless integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems through advanced BIM modeling.
As our BIM Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between design and construction, utilizing Revit to optimize workflows, mitigate risks through rigorous clash detection, and produce high-quality shop drawings that meet international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary MEP BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform comprehensive clash detection and interference checks to resolve conflicts prior to installation.
- Develop detailed MEP shop drawings, fabrication models, and installation layouts using Revit.
- Maintain and update BIM models to reflect site changes and RFI responses.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and model integrity.
- Support the project management team with quantity take-offs and progress reporting derived from BIM data.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project specifications and industry BIM standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination, preferably within data center or large-scale commercial projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP; knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems design and construction sequencing.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with BIM execution plans and ISO 19650 standards is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
