China Harbour Engineering Company is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator (MEP) to support our operations at Jurong Port. In this role, you will play a critical part in our engineering division by managing the federated BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. You will oversee the coordination process across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that technical designs are integrated smoothly and efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and federate MEP BIM models from conceptual design through to construction documentation.
- Perform comprehensive clash detection and resolution to ensure constructability and reduce on-site rework.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models, including structural and architectural teams, to identify and resolve interferences.
- Generate and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead model reviews and technical meetings to communicate status updates and integration issues.
- Prepare fabrication drawings and as-built models for construction teams.
- Ensure all BIM activities adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience specifically in MEP BIM coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Level 3 Certified preferred) and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software.
- Deep understanding of MEP systems, including fire protection, lighting, power, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical data clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
