Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and implement BIM execution plans (BEP).
- Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution of conflicts using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Generate accurate construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Ensure all models adhere to company and industry BIM standards and best practices.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior BIM staff and new team members.
- Stay current with emerging BIM technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a BIM Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is required.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and coordination processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with BIM 360 or cloud-based collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Philippine building codes and standards is advantageous.
