Shimizu is seeking a talented BIM Designer (Animation) to join our forward-thinking engineering team in the North-East region. In this role, you will be the driving force behind transforming complex construction data into immersive 3D animations and visual narratives that bring our projects to life.
You will play a pivotal role in our digital construction workflows, ensuring that BIM models are not only functionally precise but also visually compelling for stakeholder presentations and project planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop high-quality 3D animations and walkthroughs from BIM models for project presentations and planning.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure BIM data accuracy across all visual outputs.
- Translate complex architectural designs into immersive, client-ready visualizations.
- Support the project lifecycle by creating visual simulations for constructability and site logistics.
- Maintain and optimize 3D asset libraries for streamlined rendering workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify visual storytelling opportunities within project data.
- Stay current with industry trends in BIM integration, VR/AR, and real-time rendering technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Media, or a related Engineering field.
- Proven experience with BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) is essential.
- Proficiency in animation and rendering tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, Twinmotion, or Enscape.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and structural visualization.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into 3D environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a portfolio demonstrating both technical BIM work and creative animation.
- Prior experience in the construction or architecture industry is highly preferred.
