Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit for architectural and MEP systems
- Generate and update technical documentation including construction drawings, specifications, and reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM model accuracy
- Perform clash detection and coordination between building systems
- Develop BIM execution plans and establish documentation standards
- Train team members on Revit best practices and BIM workflows
- Integrate sustainability requirements into BIM models and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of Revit experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture, Structure, and MEP
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (LOD, COBie)
- Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices
- Certification in Autodesk Revit (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
