Are you a skilled BIM professional looking to advance your career in the M&E sector? Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is currently seeking a detail-oriented BIM Drafter specializing in Electrical and ACMV systems. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the project lifecycle, collaborating with engineering teams to produce high-quality Building Information Modeling (BIM) deliverables for diverse construction projects.
The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to translate design requirements into precise 3D models and 2D documentation. You will work within the West region, contributing to innovative infrastructure and commercial developments. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for Electrical and ACMV services.
- Produce high-quality 2D shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts early.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Update drawings based on site revisions and RFI responses.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with local authority regulations and project-specific BIM execution plans (BEP).
- Participate in design review meetings to provide technical insights on M&E system layouts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM drafting for M&E projects (Electrical/ACMV focus).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential.
- Solid understanding of local M&E construction standards and building codes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex engineering schematics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to manage project timelines and meet tight submission deadlines.
