Are you a detail-oriented BIM professional looking to advance your career in the heart of Singapore? Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is currently seeking a highly skilled BIM Drafter (M&E) to join our client's dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the delivery of complex building projects, ensuring that mechanical and electrical systems are accurately modeled and coordinated within a Building Information Modeling environment.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit MEP and possesses a strong understanding of local construction standards. You will work closely with consultants and project managers to streamline workflows, minimize design clashes, and contribute to the overall success of major infrastructure and commercial developments in the Central Region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain precise M&E BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform clash detection and coordination between mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
- Produce high-quality shop drawings, installation layouts, and construction documentation.
- Participate in design coordination meetings to resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to BIM standards, project specifications, and local code requirements.
- Update and maintain BIM project libraries and templates.
- Collaborate with engineers and site teams to facilitate seamless design-to-build transitions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a BIM Drafter or Technician in the M&E sector.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
- Familiarity with BIM execution plans and level of development (LOD) requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting tight project deadlines.
