As a BIM Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our construction projects. You will be responsible for transforming engineering concepts into high-quality 3D models and precise technical drawings. Your expertise will ensure that our M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) services, specifically sanitary and plumbing layouts, are executed with the highest level of accuracy and compliance with Singapore’s regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will enjoy an attractive remuneration package ranging from $2,500 to $3,500 per month, depending on experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for sanitary and plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce accurate 2D shop drawings, layout plans, and isometric drawings from BIM models.
- Collaborate with engineers and site teams to identify and resolve design clashes using Navisworks.
- Ensure all drafting work complies with project specifications and local regulatory codes (PUB/BCA).
- Update and manage BIM models throughout the project phases, including as-built documentation.
- Participate in project coordination meetings to provide technical input regarding BIM workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and documentation for tender submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Higher NITEC in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in BIM modeling, specifically for M&E sanitary and plumbing services.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential.
- Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards (VDC) and construction industry practices.
- Strong technical knowledge of sanitary and plumbing components and installations.
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for team-based projects.
