Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for construction projects using Revit/AutoCAD
- Perform clash detection and resolution across MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines
- Generate construction documentation including shop drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows into project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans (BEP) and industry standards (ISO 19650)
- Train junior staff on BIM software best practices and modeling protocols
- Optimize model performance and data management for large-scale infrastructure projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for commercial/residential projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD with MEP/Structural specializations
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems integration
- Experience with 4D/5D BIM scheduling and cost estimation tools
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and documentation
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction codes and regulatory requirements
