Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for engineering projects using Revit and related software
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure model consistency and clash-free integration
- Generate construction documentation including 2D drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs
- Implement BIM standards and best practices across project lifecycles
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to model coordination and data integrity
- Support project teams through BIM-based design reviews and validation processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement BIM workflows and digital strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise across technical teams
- Experience with Malaysian construction standards and regulations
