Are you a detail-oriented BIM Engineer looking to make a significant impact on world-class transport infrastructure? Systra is seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) to streamline project delivery and enhance collaboration.
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of federated 3D models, ensuring high-fidelity coordination across disciplines. Your expertise in clash detection and resolution will be crucial in mitigating errors before they reach the construction site. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to producing BIM deliverables that strictly adhere to industry standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and manage federated BIM models for complex infrastructure projects.
- Perform comprehensive clash detection and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to resolve conflicts.
- Generate high-quality BIM deliverables, including drawings, schedules, and reports, in compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
- Conduct regular model reviews and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Manage BIM data integrity and ensure proper asset management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize software such as Revit and Navisworks to visualize and validate design intent.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a BIM Engineer or in a similar coordination role.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks Manage or similar coordination tools.
- Deep understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
