Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects using Revit and AutoCAD
- Perform clash detection and coordination across multidisciplinary models (structural, MEP, architectural)
- Create and manage construction documentation including schedules, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with international BIM standards and project-specific requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize construction workflows
- Implement BIM protocols for data management and model version control
- Support pre-construction planning through 4D/5D simulations and cost analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure or construction projects
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and best practices
- Experience with clash detection, coordination, and model validation processes
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
