Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare accurate proposal drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Perform rigorous clash detection analysis to identify and resolve spatial conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and technical compliance.
- Attend design coordination meetings to discuss project progress and resolve technical issues.
- Manage and organize digital information in accordance with BIM execution plans and industry standards.
- Support the project team in generating material take-offs and reports directly from the BIM models.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BIM modeling and coordination, ideally within the Singapore construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of construction sequences and building codes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate inter-disciplinary coordination.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
