Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-quality 3D BIM models for architectural and structural disciplines using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform comprehensive clash detection and interference coordination to resolve design conflicts before construction begins.
- Produce accurate construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural details.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately represented in the digital model.
- Manage BIM data input and ensure compliance with project-specific BIM execution plans (BEP) and international standards.
- Support the project team in preparing quantity take-offs and material schedules directly from the model.
- Identify and implement opportunities for workflow automation and modeling efficiency using BIM tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in BIM modeling (Architectural and Structural).
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architectural and Structural packages is mandatory).
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and structural engineering principles.
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional certification in BIM or Revit is considered a significant advantage.
