Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 3D BIM models for data center projects across MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines
- Execute clash detection and resolution workflows to prevent construction conflicts and rework
- Generate construction documentation including 2D drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs from BIM models
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (contractors, engineers, architects) through model-based collaboration platforms
- Implement BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for data center-specific requirements
- Analyze and optimize spatial coordination for complex mechanical/electrical systems in constrained environments
- Support construction phase through model-based quantity takeoffs and as-built documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of BIM engineering experience in data center, industrial, or large-scale construction projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC platforms
- Expertise in MEP coordination and infrastructure modeling for critical facilities
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure requirements (power, cooling, security)
- Professional certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BIM Manager) preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable BIM workflows
