Join Leng Aik Engineering as a BIM Engineer (Electrical) and take the lead in shaping the future of our MEP coordination efforts. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed Electrical MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.
- Perform comprehensive clash detection and coordination checks across disciplines to resolve design conflicts early in the project lifecycle.
- Create and manage COBie data for seamless project handover and facility management.
- Generate accurate shop drawings, sections, and details for electrical systems.
- Establish, coordinate, and enforce BIM standards, templates, and project setup protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Conduct regular model reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in BIM modeling, specifically focusing on Electrical or MEP disciplines.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (including family creation, modeling, and annotation).
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection, 4D coordination, and model review.
- Deep understanding of BIM execution plans, COBie standards, and project management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Experience with construction documentation and the preparation of technical drawings.
