Tanggung Jawab
- Create and modify detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other project stakeholders to identify and resolve design clashes.
- Produce precise shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings in compliance with local specifications.
- Participate actively in clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks software.
- Maintain and organize BIM standards, libraries, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all drawing submissions meet the quality assurance requirements and tight project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a BIM Drafter, specifically focused on M&E services in Singapore.
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, COP (Codes of Practice), and regulatory submission procedures.
- Excellent spatial visualization skills and robust understanding of M&E coordination processes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
