Our client, a global leader in infrastructure development and facility management, is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join their elite team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will lead digital construction strategies, bridge the gap between design and execution, and champion the adoption of Building Information Modeling across complex multidisciplinary projects.
You will play a critical role in shaping the technical workflows of a forward-thinking organization, ensuring that integrated, customized infrastructure solutions are delivered with precision, efficiency, and cutting-edge digital methodology. We are looking for an individual with deep technical expertise and the leadership capability to guide teams through the entire project lifecycle.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows across large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality delivery of 3D, 4D, and 5D modeling efforts.
- Conduct regular model coordination and clash detection reviews to mitigate construction risks early in the process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders regarding BIM strategy, technical integration, and data exchange protocols.
- Manage the digital asset lifecycle, ensuring alignment with international ISO 19650 standards.
- Oversee the integration of BIM data into facility management systems to drive operational value post-construction.
- Monitor and manage the quality control of all project deliverables, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in BIM management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software suites, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Strong understanding of Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and information management processes.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage project timelines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Relevant professional certifications in BIM management are highly preferred.
