We're seeking a visionary leader to establish, implement, and optimize firm-wide Building Information Modeling standards and workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
- Lead BIM coordination across architecture, engineering, and construction teams
- Manage BIM model quality assurance and clash detection workflows
- Train staff on BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and emerging technologies
- Optimize BIM workflows for project efficiency and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align BIM processes with project requirements
- Research and implement innovative BIM solutions and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of BIM management experience with leadership responsibilities
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
- Proven track record of developing BIM standards and workflows
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and coordination processes
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
