In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives from concept to completion. You will oversee the creation and management of high-fidelity 3D models, ensuring data integrity and interoperability across all disciplines. Your expertise will be critical in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, resolving design conflicts through clash detection, and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and implement AECOM’s global BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Lead multidisciplinary model coordination to identify and resolve design clashes and conflicts early in the design phase.
- Manage the BIM workflow, including file organization, naming conventions, and model hierarchies.
- Utilize advanced BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to generate 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations.
- Conduct regular model reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with client requirements and ISO 19650 standards.
- Mentor junior BIM coordinators and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of data throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator role within the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP), LOD (Level of Development) specifications, and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead large teams and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
