- Develop and execute comprehensive BIM implementation strategies across all project phases
- Lead digital coordination and clash detection between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and quality control procedures
- Train and mentor project teams on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices
- Manage BIM model libraries, templates, and project-specific requirements
- Oversee digital delivery processes including model-based documentation and visualization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate BIM with project management systems
- Stay current with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive BIM management experience in AEC industry
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/CDE platforms
- Proven track record in developing and implementing BIM execution plans
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and digital fabrication workflows
- Certified BIM Professional (e.g., USGBC, Autodesk) preferred
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead BIM adoption and change management initiatives
