Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEP) and standards across all project phases.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality BIM deliverables that meet international and local standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
- Perform regular model audits, quality control checks, and clash detection to mitigate risks early in the design process.
- Manage the digital asset library and ensure all project data remains accurate, accessible, and secure.
- Drive the adoption of new BIM tools and methodologies to optimize construction workflows and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BIM management or senior coordination roles within the construction/engineering industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/Construction Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's BCA BIM requirements and ISO 19650 standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and coordinate large-scale cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification in BIM Management or related professional accreditation is highly desirable.
