Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and BIM standards for all data center projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and relevant local regulations.
- Manage the creation, coordination, and integration of multidisciplinary BIM models into a federated system, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings, providing solutions to resolve design conflicts and optimize constructability.
- Provide expert technical guidance, training, and support to project teams on BIM software, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, construction, and client stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables align with project objectives and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM project documentation, including standards, protocols, and progress reports.
- Evaluate and implement new BIM technologies, software, and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and innovation.
- Support bid proposals and client presentations, articulating Jacobs' BIM capabilities and value proposition for data center projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in BIM management, with a significant portion dedicated to data center or critical infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated expert knowledge and practical application of ISO 19650 standards and other international/local BIM protocols.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and ideally BIM 360/ACC.
- Proven experience in model federation, data management, and coordination across multiple disciplines.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex technical and project challenges.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified BIM Manager, Project Management Professional PMP) are highly desirable.
