HPX Consulting Engineers is seeking an experienced BIM Manager / M&E Designer to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) design projects. In this dual role, you will oversee the development and implementation of BIM strategies across multiple projects while also contributing to the design and coordination of M&E systems. You will collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of building services. Your expertise in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks will be crucial in creating accurate 3D models and identifying clash detections early in the design phase.
As a BIM Manager, you will establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to maximize efficiency and quality. You will mentor junior team members, conduct training sessions, and stay abreast of emerging technologies in the field of digital engineering. Meanwhile, as an M&E Designer, you will be responsible for designing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. You will perform load calculations, select appropriate equipment, and produce detailed design drawings.

- Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across all project phases.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency.
- Coordinate M&E design elements with architectural and structural components.
- Design and document HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems using BIM software.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts through collaborative coordination meetings.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and BIM modelers.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of accurate models and drawings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative technologies into practice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E design and BIM management.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary building projects.
- In-depth knowledge of M&E systems design and calculations.
- Certified BIM Manager or relevant accreditation is an advantage.
