We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager (MEP) to spearhead our Building Information Modeling initiatives for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. This pivotal role serves as the primary decision-making authority for all BIM-related matters, ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems across complex infrastructure projects. You will bridge critical gaps between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders while maintaining BIM standards compliance and project efficiency.
As a key technical leader, you will develop and implement BIM execution plans, manage model coordination processes, and drive digital transformation in construction workflows. The ideal candidate will possess deep MEP domain expertise and proven experience in leading BIM teams on large-scale engineering projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead BIM coordination for MEP systems across project lifecycle
- Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows
- Manage clash detection and resolution across multidisciplinary models
- Prepare BIM execution plans and progress reports
- Mentor BIM specialists and junior team members
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Implement BIM quality control procedures and audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience in MEP projects
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean construction regulations
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Experience with infrastructure or large-scale construction projects
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
