We are currently seeking a visionary BIM Manager to join our Power Generation team in Mandaluyong City. In this role, you will be the technical authority for Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring the seamless integration of digital design across complex power plant projects. You will bridge the gap between engineering teams, stakeholders, and digital delivery systems, driving efficiency and innovation in every project phase.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee BIM execution plans (BEP) for large-scale power generation projects from design through to construction.
- Manage the common data environment (CDE) to ensure data integrity, version control, and efficient information exchange.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve spatial conflicts through rigorous clash detection and model auditing.
- Develop and enforce BIM standards, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency across all project deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and software training to junior designers and engineering staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor the latest industry trends and software advancements to maintain Jacobs' competitive edge in digital project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in BIM Management, preferably within the Power Generation or Industrial sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards and digital delivery workflows.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary models and coordinate multi-user environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive technical change.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
