Your Impact
You will be the central figure in MEPF model creation and lifecycle management. From developing LOD 300-400 models to performing sophisticated clash detection and generating precise construction documentation, your work will directly influence the efficiency, quality, and success of our project deliveries. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the creation, development, and management of LOD 300-400 MEPF BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage to resolve design conflicts across all MEPF disciplines.
- Develop and enforce BIM standards, project setup files, and families to ensure consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEPF systems effectively.
- Generate precise construction documents, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from the BIM model.
- Conduct internal quality assurance checks on models and documentation to maintain project integrity and accuracy.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BIM technicians and modelers within the team.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and contribute to the development of innovative BIM workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in BIM MEPF modelling within the building construction or design industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong understanding of MEPF systems, building codes, and local construction practices in the Philippines.
- Experience with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for project collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Professional license (ME or EE) is a distinct advantage but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
