As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for adhering strictly to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project workflow criteria. Your expertise will be critical in developing high-fidelity 3D models that reflect the specific discipline requirements of the project. Tanggung Jawab
- Adhere to BIM Execution Plan (BEP): Strictly follow the company's BIM protocols, standards, and project workflow criteria to ensure consistency and compliance across all modeling tasks.
- Ensure Model Accuracy: Develop and maintain highly accurate 3D models based on specific engineering and architectural disciplines, ensuring data integrity and realism.
- Manage Submittals: Ensure that all model deliverables, drawings, and coordination documents are submitted on time to meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
- Perform Clash Detection: Conduct thorough clash detection reviews to identify and resolve interferences between different building systems (e.g., structural vs. MEP) prior to construction.
- Facilitate Coordination: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects and engineers, to resolve design conflicts and optimize construction sequences.
- Update and Maintain Models: Continuously update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes, constructability reviews, and as-built conditions.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular self-audits and quality control checks to ensure all BIM deliverables meet internal standards and client specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a BIM Modeler in the construction or architectural industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM-authoring software.
- Standards Knowledge: Deep understanding of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and AIA guidelines.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in complex 3D environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with project stakeholders and team members.
- Project Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure on-time submittals.
