In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our engineering and construction projects by translating architectural visions into highly accurate, data-rich digital models.
As a BIM Modeler, you will collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure that all models adhere to international BIM standards and our internal quality benchmarks. You will be responsible for resolving design conflicts early in the process, ensuring seamless project execution from the design phase through to construction documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-quality 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
- Generate comprehensive construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Conduct regular clash detection analysis to identify and resolve interdisciplinary coordination issues.
- Collaborate effectively with the project team to incorporate design revisions and client feedback into models.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with building codes, industry best practices, and project-specific technical specifications.
- Manage model data and maintain organized library components and project files.
- Assist in the preparation of quantity take-offs and material schedules for estimation purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and workflows to improve internal design efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically using Autodesk Revit.
- Proficiency in other BIM and design software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, or SketchUp is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for technical detail.
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) is highly desirable.
