Are you a detail-oriented BIM Modeler specializing in Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Ventilation, and Firefighting (ACMV) systems? DLM Pte Ltd is looking for a talented professional to join our dynamic engineering team in Kaki Bukit. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the drafting and preparation of high-quality technical drawings for various construction projects. You will primarily utilize industry-standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD to produce accurate 3D models and 2D plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models for ACMV systems using Revit.
- Prepare comprehensive 2D drafting and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and project managers to interpret requirements and specifications.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure model accuracy.
- Ensure all drafted drawings and models comply with local building codes and industry standards.
- Maintain and organize project documentation and file management systems.
- Assist in the development of construction documents and as-built drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
- Proven experience in ACMV (Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Ventilation) modeling and drafting.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Good understanding of Singapore's BCA and URA building codes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work a 5-day work week with an alternating Saturday.
