We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler to join our dynamic construction team in Cikarang. As a BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in the creation and maintenance of detailed 3D building information models for our construction projects. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 9-13 million per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM software and construction processes, with the ability to create accurate models that facilitate efficient project execution. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all models meet project requirements and industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D BIM models for construction projects according to industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy
- Perform clash detection and coordination between different building systems
- Prepare construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Train team members on BIM software and best practices
- Assist in problem-solving during construction phase using BIM models
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in construction industry
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
- Experience with clash detection and coordination tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia
