We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler/Drafter Electrical to join our dynamic team at YPTT Solutions Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of electrical system designs, ranging from low-voltage distribution to complex telecommunication infrastructure layouts. You will leverage your expertise in BIM software to generate precise 3D models and technical drawings that serve as the blueprint for our engineering projects. Collaborating closely with senior engineers and project managers, you will ensure that all designs are optimized for constructability, cost-effectiveness, and strict regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 2D electrical drawings and high-fidelity 3D BIM models specifically for telecommunication towers and facility layouts.
- Collaborate with civil, structural, and mechanical engineers to ensure integrated and conflict-free design solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze technical data to support complex design requirements.
- Prepare accurate material take-offs (MTO) and cost estimates for electrical components and systems.
- Ensure all electrical designs strictly comply with Indonesian national electrical codes (SNI) and international standards such as IEEE and NEC.
- Revise and update drawings regularly based on feedback from clients, project managers, and field teams.
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to manage project data, generate bills of materials, and produce technical reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or Architecture.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a BIM Modeler or Drafter in the telecommunication or power sector.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical discipline) and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit diagrams, power distribution, and lighting design.
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications, engineering drawings, and standards documents.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Valid Indonesia driving license (SIM A) is preferred for occasional site visits.
