Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain highly detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and auxiliary systems.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams to identify and resolve design clashes before construction begins.
- Produce accurate 2D construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from the 3D BIM model.
- Manage project digital resources and libraries, ensuring all project documentation adheres to company and client standards.
- Participate in project coordination meetings to provide technical updates and address design challenges.
- Monitor and update BIM models based on site changes or client-driven design modifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local electrical codes and international BIM standards (LOD 300-500).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent technical diploma).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in BIM modeling, specifically for electrical building services.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical discipline) and Navisworks is essential.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems design and project delivery workflows.
- Excellent spatial awareness and ability to visualize complex 3D systems in a 2D environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
