Join a leading firm with exceptional BCA grading and in-house manufacturing capabilities as a BIM Modeler specializing in HDB/BTO projects. This role offers a competitive salary package of up to $5,000 monthly plus bonus, with opportunities to contribute to Singapore's iconic public housing developments. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed BIM models for HDB/BTO residential projects using Revit and other industry-standard software
- Ensure model compliance with Singapore BCA regulations and project specifications
- Perform clash detection and coordinate multi-disciplinary design elements (MEP, structural, architectural)
- Generate construction documentation including plans, elevations, and details
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design conflicts
- Maintain model integrity throughout project lifecycle from concept to completion
- Stay updated on BIM best practices and emerging technologies for public housing
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of BIM modeling experience specifically for HDB/BTO projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit with proven portfolio of residential projects
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and HDB design standards
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
- Experience with in-house manufacturing processes a significant advantage
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
