Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate baseline BIM models for various infrastructure and construction projects.
- Collaborate with engineers to conduct thorough plan reviews and identify potential spatial conflicts.
- Generate detailed rebar cutting lists to ensure material optimization and waste reduction.
- Perform precast design and panelization tasks to support off-site construction methods.
- Prepare comprehensive technical drawings and combined service drawings for site execution.
- Provide ongoing technical support to the project management team regarding model updates and design changes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all models align with international BIM standards and project specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or Operator, preferably within the construction or precast industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or Tekla Structures.
- Strong understanding of structural detailing, specifically rebar cutting and scheduling.
- Knowledge of precast design methodologies and construction documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for spatial coordination and detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time professional setting, meeting tight project deadlines.
