Are you a detail-oriented BIM professional looking to make your mark on prestigious construction projects? Takenaka, a global leader in architecture, engineering, and construction, is currently seeking a talented BIM Modeler to join our team in Jakarta Pusat on a project-based contract.
In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of our construction projects. You will be responsible for developing high-fidelity 3D BIM models, ensuring seamless coordination between architectural and structural disciplines, and producing accurate documentation that serves as the backbone of our site operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain highly detailed 3D BIM models for various construction phases.
- Perform interdisciplinary clash detection and coordination to prevent site issues.
- Prepare accurate construction drawings, schedules, and material take-offs from the BIM model.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure design intent alignment.
- Update and manage BIM data according to project standards and client requirements.
- Support project managers with visual representations and data analysis for construction planning.
- Ensure all modeling practices comply with ISO 19650 or relevant regional BIM standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling within the construction or architecture industry.
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and technical drawing standards.
- Experience in clash detection and BIM coordination workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality BIM modeling work is highly preferred.
