Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD software
- Perform clash detection and coordinate MEP, architectural, and structural systems
- Create and maintain parametric families and component libraries
- Generate construction documentation including plans, elevations, and details
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design conflicts
- Conduct model reviews and quality assurance checks
- Support sustainable design initiatives through energy modeling analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling and documentation
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials
- Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650) and workflows
- Experience with clash detection and coordination processes
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
