We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a key contributor to our digital transformation initiatives, you will develop detailed architectural, structural, and MEP models using industry-leading software like Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, and Tekla. Your expertise will ensure seamless project execution through precise model coordination and clash detection, mitigating costly construction conflicts. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop architectural, structural, and MEP models using Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, or Tekla per project BIM Execution Plan
- Perform comprehensive clash detection and coordination across building systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and design intent
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout project lifecycle
- Generate model reports, clash reports, and coordination drawings
- Implement BIM standards and quality control procedures
- Integrate sustainability and constructability requirements into models
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling for construction projects
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, or Tekla
- Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans and coordination workflows
- Certification in BIM management or relevant software preferred
- Experience with clash detection and model-based coordination
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
