Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about structural precision and advanced construction technology? Greyform is currently seeking a talented BIM Modeller to join our dynamic engineering team in Pontian, Johor. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of our precast concrete projects, translating conceptual designs into high-fidelity 3D models and precise shop drawings.
As a key member of our technical department, you will collaborate with structural engineers and project managers to ensure that all precast elements are modeled to exact specifications. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is committed to delivering high-quality documentation that facilitates seamless production and on-site assembly.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D models for precast concrete products using BIM software.
- Produce accurate shop drawings, assembly layouts, and installation diagrams.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve clashes and ensure design accuracy.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle based on revisions.
- Assist in the generation of material take-offs and scheduling documentation.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with project specifications and industry standards.
- Participate in technical coordination meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically within the construction or precast industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar).
- Solid understanding of structural drafting and interpretation of shop drawings.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
